SaaS Security
From Clarizen
Clarizen has built in procedures to protect your privacy and keep your documents, data, and information confidential.
Server Farms
Clarizen server farms are hosted at a tier 1 location at one of the largest hosting companies in the world, in Sunnyvale, California.
This facility is SAS 70 Type II certified and has on-going audits of its physical security mechanisms and processes several times annually. In addition, the Clarizen servers are hosted within a dedicated secured cage that can only be accessed by Clarizen authorized personnel.
Furthermore, the whole environment is replicated in real time to a Disaster Recovery and Backup site which is hosted on the eastern seaboard of the US in a similarly secured environment.
Privacy
Clarizen secures all communications going to and coming from its servers in a logical security layer. This layer itself is multi-tiered to prevent security violations. We employ an end-to-end encryption solution to ensure the privacy of our customers' data en-route to the servers. Multiple firewalls and network scanning further secure access and prevent malicious and/or hacking activity on our servers.
We perform on-going penetration testing to guarantee that vulnerabilities are quickly patched and secured.
very powerful role and authorization techniques make certain that your data stays private. These roles are customized for each customer’s needs.
In addition we secure user IDs, passwords and other identity-driven information so they are never exposed outside the Clarizen environment.
Each user has a unique name and password that must be entered at the start of each Clarizen session. Data is available to registered users only and cannot be accessed by others who are not licensed or authorized for the project, whether members of your organization or not.
