The Resources subsystem enables you to navigate through the full list of the organization's resources, view and modify resource loads, view licensing and user roles, and subscribe to the iCalendar feed of specific resources.

Resource Toolbar
The toolbar allows you to preform actions on selected work items in the grid.
The following list describes each action in order from left to right (top to bottom):
- Show
- The Show drop down enables you to filter through resources based on their state - Active Users, Deleted Users, Disabled Users, All Users
- Columns
- You can select what fields will be visible in the grid using the Columns drop down by selecting either one of the standard views or creating your own custom column view
- Resource Load
- View the resource load view of selected users, managed users or users by group
- Invite New Users
- Allows you to invite new users into the organization
- Resource Calendar
- View the resource calendar for selected users or your managed users
- Resource Reports
- Select one of the resource related reports from the drop down
- Subscribe to iCalendar
- Allows you to subscribe to the iCal feed of selected or managed resources
Resource Grid
The Resource Grid displays a flat list of all resources within the organization, enabling the creation of resource reports based on specific filtering/sorting criteria.
Filtering and Sorting
You can easily filter and sort through the flat list of resources by clicking on individual column headers within the grid itself, and then selecting your filtering/sorting method from the pop up window (as seen in the picture above).
Once a filter has been set for one of the columns, it will be labeled as such, allowing you to view what columns are filtered and change/remove as needed.
Resource Info Card
The Resource Info card allows you to view the the mini profile card of the selected resource.
To view the full profile card click on the Advanced button.
