Creating a New Project
From Clarizen
The first step in Project Management is to create a project.
Creating a project includes mapping out a plan from which you are able to monitor the progress of the project, assigning team members to work items, and activating the project.
Team members can monitor and manage their tasks as well and collaborate with other team members to ensure successful progression of the project plan.
